Early help for families

Our intention is co-ordinate help and support for families as soon as possible i.e. early help.

One way that we can provide this support is by a Team Around the School (TAS) approach. This a partnership between Queensgate Primary, Stockport Family and other agencies. We all work together with parents to offer early help and support. Services involved in the TAS want to support the development of relationships with families to make sure professionals and parent/carers are working together.

Appropriate information will be shared when additional support is needed or requested for children and families (following government guidance on information).
