IMPORTANT INFORMATION: YEAR 6 WEEK 1 OF CLOSURE WB 23rd March

Date: 19th Mar 2020 @ 4:17pm

Hi everyone.

The word I have heard most around school this week is 'weird'. It's just been a surreal, 'weird' place. But the children have been amazing, and, it goes without saying, I wish you all the very best of health in the strange, unprecedented times ahead.

This blog is the first of our 'School Closure Home Learning' posts. I hope it helps to piece some kind of structure in your houses. I've loaded it with tasks and information- don't think everything needs to be done in one week!

For those in tomorrow, feel free to bring in treats and snacks (no nuts) - but don't be making any unnecessary trips to the shops; I know that this is difficult task right now.

Do bring in an old tupperware (like a take-away one) so I can give you some clay to make your Greek tiles. Those not in- don't worry!

Should you want to bring in wellies and anything for the Bug Hotels...I say go for it! Let's have some fun- who knows when we'll be together next!

I think that's it for now. There's still many 'grey' areas regarding our organisation moving forward, but I'm sure things will be made clearer over the next few days.

Thanks for all the support.

Best wishes

Mr K

P.S. I also have resource packs for a few children who haven't been in: Anaya, Amani, TJ, Nancy and Warren. They are ready to be picked up if you want them.
