Year 1 Christmas Greenery!

As part of the school preparation for the PTA Christmas Fair on Friday 7th December Year 1 will be making some seasonal table decorations on Thursday morning. We would like your assistance with a couple of things...

Plants for flower arranging: Do you have any evergreen plants in your garden such as holly, ivy, hebes, eucalyptus or conifers that you you could possibly cut us a few sprigs. We would also like any twigs with berries or seed heads. Any donations of christmasy coloured flowers such as red/ white carnations, white chrysanthums or gypsophila would be equally welcome. 

Secondly if would you like to come and help for an hour or so (9am- onwards) on Thursday 6th please can you let Mrs Mott know via the home/school diary. No special skills necessary, except for cutting with sharp scissors!
